Setting Up A Council Credit Card Collection Account

PayPay has made collecting credit card payments online easy, inexpensive and secure. Here are the steps:

Have your Treasurer Register with PayPay by clicking here
PayPay will verify your organization by making a small deposit in the Council's bank account.
Once verified you can collect payments on line. PayPal charges a fee of 2.9% + $.30 per transaction.
Website setup/update is included in the hosting fee.
